Is the DPPF committed to following the plump Scottish cuckoo's example and borrowing its way to prosperity for the village, irrespective of the long-term debt mountain it would be creating and without a thought for its method of repayment? May I suggest "Cloth and Cut" as an appropriate motto going forward.
